These general terms and conditions of sale regulate in a comprehensive manner all sales transactions that may be offered, provided or carried out from the online store located on the website www.loading-system.com owned by Loading...System (hereinafter LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL), with Tax Identification Number or Code No. B42813899, registered office at Av. Jose García Bernardo, 998, House 7, 33203, Gijón, and registered in Gijón, Volume Nº4432, Folio Nº44, Page NºAS-57276.
These terms and conditions may be modified by LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL at any time, being the user informed of the existence of any new version of these containing changes that are substantial.
The user.
Access, navigation and use of the Website, confers the status of user, so it is accepted, from the time you start browsing the Website, all the conditions set forth herein, as well as its subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the application of the relevant legal regulations of mandatory compliance as appropriate.
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to:
- Make use of this Website only to make inquiries and legally valid purchases or acquisitions.
- Not to make any false or fraudulent purchase.
- Provide truthful and lawful contact details, for example, e-mail address, postal address and/or other data.
The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website.
The Website is primarily intended for Users residing in Spain. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL does not ensure that the Website complies with the laws of other countries, either in whole or in part.
Applicability of the general conditions.
These conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, agreements and deliveries of products by or on behalf of LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL. Deviation from these conditions is only possible if the parties have explicitly agreed to this in writing.

These conditions regulate the use of the website www.loading-system.com that LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL makes available to its users and customers. These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of services of the information society and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all legal provisions of mandatory application.
LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL may change them without notice, so that recommends a periodic consultation of the same, especially when it is ready to make effective use of your online store located on the web www.loading-system.com. However, LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL undertakes to always keep them updated, to publish the latest version and allow access and printing at any time.
Conditions of access and purchase.
Access to the LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL Portal is free and attributes to the user the condition of User, regardless of the subsequent use of the services offered.
The purchase will be allowed without prior registration, in any case must complete the form, for the purpose of identifying the buyer and the delivery address.
The purchase of the products in www.loading-system.com can only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchase process, consisting of, but not limited to:

(ii) On-screen display of the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs, if any;
(iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies the reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of the present General Conditions, as well as, if applicable, of the existing Particular Conditions; and
(iv) immediate receipt of the summary e-mail in the account used for registration or - failing that - as soon as possible and always within the following twenty-four hours.
The purchase of products on www.loading-system.com for subsequent distribution or resale, either in public establishments or at home, is not permitted. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL will regulate and authorize the necessary permissions if at any time so consented, so it would reliably notify such authorization to the authorized agent.
Orders.
No valid order may be placed without expressly accepting, through the boxes provided for this purpose, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL.
All orders will be considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL reserves the right to accept them if they do not meet the requirements set out in these.
Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a confirmation of receipt of the order. However, this confirmation does not imply automatic acceptance of the order, since LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL reserves the right to collect additional information related to the identity and address to ensure both a correct shipment of the order, and to ensure the absence of fraud related to transactions.
Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and/or force majeure.
Any order is subject to product availability. In the event that it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option to wait until the product is available or cancel the order.
Delivery.
Delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time when the user or a third party indicated by the user acquires material possession of the products.
The delivery time for the order will vary depending on the shipping method selected and will be indicated on the website once the order confirmation is obtained, but in any case will not exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user of this circumstance and the user will be offered the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the possibility of canceling the order and obtaining a full refund of the price paid.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that he/she can pick up the shipment at the place and within the deadlines indicated. After the deadline without collection, the shipment will be returned to LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL.
LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE assumes no liability where the Product is not delivered due to the fact that the data provided by the User is false, inaccurate or incomplete or if delivery cannot be completed through no fault of the shipping company used for this purpose, like the absence of User or the retention of the Product by Customs.
Delivery times are approximate, although LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE tries to meet them.
For delivery to countries not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; the recipient will have to settle these in cash in order to receive the merchandise.
The recipient shall be required to pay all import costs and custom duties at the destination, regardless of whether or not the merchandise is accepted.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn and with their packaging and labels. In case of defect, contact immediately by email attaching a photograph and a description of the problem. In this case the shipping costs would be refunded.
Price and payment.
It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, along with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid.
Prices may be changed by LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE at any time and without notice without affecting orders already confirmed. However, even confirmed LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE will not be obliged to meet orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is manifest and is easily recognizable.
The accepted means of payment are: Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate some of the existing ones, without the user/customer of www.loading-system.com being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order already placed, from www.loading-system.com we will contact the customer to inform him/her of such change, offering him/her the option to cancel the order if he/she considers it convenient.
Payment by credit/debit card: The charge is made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity and once it has been verified that the communicated data are correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, www.loading-system.com uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. The SSL encryption system used confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. Customer data is completely confidential and protected. Credit card information is not registered in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the financial institution of LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE, through its Secure Payment Gateway. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity of the same, but if the entity does not authorize the payment, LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and can not formalize any contract with the customer. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and take any action it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) to ensure that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
Right of withdrawal.
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through www.loading-system.com within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party indicated by the User, other than the carrier, has acquired the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE its decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). The User may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by the User of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In case of withdrawal, LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE will refund all payments received from the User, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the User's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informs LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE of its decision to withdraw from the contract. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction unless the User has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, the User will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods, or until the User has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
The User must return or deliver the goods directly to LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicates its decision to withdraw from the contract to us at Calle Libertad, 2. Gijón. 33206. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the User returns the goods before the end of this period. The User shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The User shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
It is specified herein that any Products not sealed after delivery or which may be subject to return for sanitary reasons or health protection purposes, shall not be subject to withdrawal (including, but not limited to, any beauty care Products if their cover or closure is removed).
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
- The supply of goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations that LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL cannot control.
- The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE SL to visit him for urgent repair or maintenance.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
- The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
Warranty.
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, LOADING SYSTEM CREATIVE offers on all its products a warranty of two (2) years from delivery and proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund of the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us through the contact means provided above.
This warranty does not cover possible breakage or wear and tear caused by use. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Commercial warranty
The products sold are also covered by a commercial warranty to ensure their conformity and to ensure reimbursement of the purchase price, replacement or repair of the goods. It does not cover defects caused by abnormal or improper use or by a cause unrelated to the intrinsic qualities of the products.
